Upcoming Parent Meetings

Our parent meetings are designed for families with children on the autism spectrum. These gatherings focus on building a supportive community, welcoming new families, providing education, and celebrating the successes of our children.

Fall Parent Workshop

  • When: 10/30/25

  • Time: 5:30-7:00PM

  • Where: Willow River Elementary

  • Topic: Individualized Education Plan (IEP)

    • We will discuss IEPs- what you need to know and ways you can advocate for your child.

Winter Parent Workshop

  • When: 1/29/26

  • Time: 5:30-7:00PM

  • Where: Willow River Elementary

  • Topic: Sensory Food and aversion

  • We will discuss how food plays a role with autism and share resources on how to navigate mealtimes!

Spring Parent Workshop

  • When:3/5/26

  • Time: 5:30-7:00PM

  • Where: Willow River Elementary

  • Topic: Behaviors

  • Behavior vs meltdowns. We will talk more abut sensory strategies to help regulate our little ones during a meltdown.

    Get ready for a fun spectrum strong night! Wagon ride: You and your kids are invited to take a wagon ride as we stop along the way to trick or treat in the neighborhood. Trunk or Treat: Plan to participate and decorate your trunk and hand out treats or just come for treats! Feel free to dress up!
