About the event
Caring for an autistic child, adolescent, or adult can bring unique emotional, physical, and mental challenges. The ongoing demands of advocacy, navigating services, managing daily routines, and supporting complex needs can leave caregivers vulnerable to burnout, compassion fatigue, and chronic hypervigilance.
In this parent workshop, we’ll create a supportive, judgment-free space to talk about what caregiver burnout can look like, why it happens, and how to recognize the signs before you reach a breaking point.
