From engaging parent workshops and inclusive family events to volunteering at local community events, we're committed to creating opportunities for connection, education, and belonging. Whether you're joining us for a workshop, making memories at a family event, or seeing us out in the community, there's a place for everyone at Spectrum Strong.
Family Events
Our family events offer a variety of fun, inclusive experiences—from visiting local gyms and parks to music classes and seasonal activities. More than anything, they're an opportunity for families to connect, build friendships, and feel supported in a welcoming community.
We know every child is unique, and our events are designed to be judgment-free. If your child is having a difficult moment, you're surrounded by parents who understand because they've been there too. At Spectrum Strong, you never have to apologize or explain—we've created a safe space where every family is accepted, supported, and celebrated just as they are.
Parent Workshops
Our Parent Workshops are designed to educate, empower, and connect families—all at no cost. To make attending easier, we provide free childcare, allowing parents and caregivers to focus on learning while their children are cared for in a safe, welcoming environment.
Each workshop covers topics that matter most to families, including navigating IEPs, understanding therapies, accessing community resources, and learning from local experts. Parents also have plenty of time to ask questions, connect with others, and leave with practical tools and resources they can use at home.
Our goal is for every parent to leave feeling more informed, more confident, and connected to a community that understands their journey.
Community
Spectrum Strong is proud to be an active part of the St. Croix County community, and we're continuing to grow every year. Here are just a few ways we've made an impact:

Volunteered at the Special Olympics, supporting athletes and their families.

Hosted our annual 5K Steps to Acceptance, bringing together 250 participants and 15 community vendors.

Organized successful community fundraisers, including our Meat Raffle at The Subhouse.

Participated in a variety of resource fairs from Elsie's Barnyard Resource Fair, St. Croix Therapies resource fair
