About the event
Building Awareness, Acceptance, and Community for Autism
Join us on Saturday, April 18 for the 1st Annual Steps of Acceptance 5K Fun Run/Walk as we come together to promote autism awareness, acceptance, and inclusion in the Hudson community and throughout the St. Croix Valley. This family-friendly event is designed to celebrate neurodiversity while connecting families to the incredible resources our community has to offer.
In addition to the 5K, participants can explore our vendor fair, featuring local organizations, businesses, and service providers who support autistic individuals and their families. Families will have opportunities to learn about autism through hands-on activities, interactive experiences, and educational resources in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
The event will also feature a silent auction filled with amazing items generously donated by local community businesses—giving attendees a chance to support a great cause while bidding on unique and exciting offerings.
